Effective Date: June 13, 2026
Pet Owners
- More than 72 hours before service: Full refund
- 24 to 72 hours before service: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
Sitters
Sitters who cancel confirmed bookings may receive warnings, reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or account termination.
Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Kin Pet Care reserves the right to modify cancellation windows based on service type.
